Get an Easy 30 min 5day/wk

Ok we hear over and over and over how we need regular exercise to keep our risk of heart disease and other ailments down. It's often said that we need a steady dose of 30 minutes of exercise. Well I recently signed up for the President's Challenge! This is a challenge for everyone to get active. To win (not a real competition) all you have to do is get 30 minutes of exercise for 5 days a week. Everything counts! Including housework! So when you are vaccuming, window washing, or hauling piles of dirty laundry you are Getting Active! You can sign up on the website and track your activity in 5 minute intervals! It's great! So even when I want to be lazy and not do a thing, the Challenge keeps me motivated to put in my 5 days!
